and conveying [to all the world] a reminder

and the reciters of a Remembrance

And thus proclaim the Message (of Allah)

fal-tāliyāti dhik'ra

And those who recite (the) Message,

and conveying [to all the world] a reminder

And those who read (the Word) for a reminder

And thus proclaim the Message (of Allah)

and those who recite the Reminder!

and those who recite the Reminder,

and by the reciters of the Reminder

Then those who recite, being mindful

then, ones who recount the Remembrance,

and reciting a Reminder,

by those (angels) who bring the book (the Qur’an),

—by the reciters in remembrance

and the reciters of a reminder

By those who recite the reminder.

And the reciters of the Reminder.

then the personalities who recite (the Text of Al-Kitab) Zikran (as a Message)

and by those who proclaim the message

Then by the reciters of a Remembrance

and those who recite Our revelations

then by those who recite the dhikr

And those believers who convey the Reminder

And carry and convey the word _ (the inspiration and revelation from Allah)

And those who recite the Message (of Allah)

And those who recite the message

By the remembrance which follows.

and recite God’s word

By the angels reciting the praise

And those who recite the Reminder

and by the reciters of the Reminder:

(And others) reciting the Reminder (revealed from God)

by the ones who recite the reminder

Then those who recite (proclaim), with mindfulness

and those reading a reminder,

And so proclaim the message

and by those who recite the word

and those who recite the Exhortation

Reciting Allah's Greatness (Allaho-akbar)

Then by those groups that recites Quran.

The reciters of the messages.

and those who recite the Remembranc

And those who recite the Reminder

So the reading/reciting/following, mentioning/remembering

And by the angles who bring the verses of Qur’an down to mankind

And by oath of the groups that read the Qur’an

And those who recite the Reminder - the Qur'an

By the memory which follows.

Then by those parties that remember Allah (or) recite (the Holy Qur’an)

And those who recite and follow the Reminder (- the Qur'an)

By those (angels) who bring the Book and the Quran from Allah to mankind (Tafsir Ibn Katheer)

and the reciters of a Remembrance

and by those who read the Koran for an admonition

and the reciters of the reminder

And by those who recite the Koran for warning

and by those who recite an Admonition

and (Fa) the reciters (Ettaaliyaati) of a remembrance (Zik'raa);

By those [angels] who proclaim the remembrance [of Allah].

Then by those (Angels) who recite the Verses (of the Qur’ān),

And those reciting the reminder.

[They] proclaim the remembrance [of Allah].

Then by the readers of a Reminder—

and [the ones that] reciting Allah’ )(God)’s words [to his messengers],

Then by the reciters, a reminder.

by the ones who recite the reminder:

and recite God's word

And those who recite the dhikr (remembrance).

By those who bring the Dhikr.

and by the reciters of the Reminders:

And the reciters of a Remembrance (Qur ?n),

And by those who recite the Quran to hear the voice of Allah expressing his will

then those who read a reminder:

And the reciters, reminding.

And thus proclaim the Message (of God)
