لَا يَسْتَءْذِنُكَ الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْءَاخِرِ أَنْ يُجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِالْمُتَّقِينَ

Word by Word (2021) Translation

not (Would) ask your permission those who believe in Allah and the Day the Last that they strive with their wealth and their lives. And Allah (is) All-Knower of the righteous.
