Surah “The Cleaving, The Cleaving Asunder, Bursting Apart”

82:1
When the sky splits apart,
82:2
and when the planets are scattered,
82:3
and when the seas are made to burst,
82:4
and when the tombs are strewn around—
82:5
each self will know what it has put forth and what it has deferred.
82:6
O Man, what deceived you concerning your Noble Lord,
82:7
who created you and formed you and proportioned you?
82:8
In whatever shape He willed, He assembled you.
82:9
But no, rather youpl disbelieve in the Recompense,
82:10
while indeed, over you are preservers—
82:11
honorable scribes—
82:12
who know whatever you do.
82:13
Indeed, the virtuous are in bliss,
82:14
while indeed, the wicked are in purgatory;
82:15
they will roast in it on the Day of Recompense,
82:16
and in no way will they be absent from it.
82:17
But what can make yousg realize what the Day of Recompense is?
82:18
Again, what can make yousg realize what the Day of Recompense is?
82:19
(They will be recompensed on) a day when no self is able to avail another self in anything, and the command on that day belongs to Allah.
