When the heavens are torn apart,
when the planets are sprinkled,
when the oceans are exploded,
when the graves are scattered,
each Soul will then know what it has sent on ahead and what it has left behind.
People, what has lured you away from your Lord, the Generous,
He who created you, formed you, and proportioned you?
In whatever shape He willed, He assembled you.
Yet you still deny the Judgment.
When guardians are standing over you,
honorable recorders;
They know everything you do.
Indeed, the truly good will be in bliss,
while the wicked will be in Hell.
They will roast in it on the Day of Judgment,
and will never get away from it.
And how would you know what is the Day of Judgment?
Truly, how would you know what is the Day of Judgment?
It is the Day when no Soul will be able to do anything for another Soul; and the decision on that Day is God’s alone.
