Blessed is He who has the kingdom in His hands. And He is over everything competent.
It is He who created the death and the life that He may test you, which of you is best in works. And He is the All-mighty, the Forgiving.
It is He who created seven heavens in layers. You [O man] do not see in the creation of the Widely Merciful any inconsistency [Qur'an 13:16]. So return the eye; do you see any discrepancy?
Then return the eye twice again. The eye will return to you humbled while it is exhausted.
And We have already beautified the lower heaven with lamps and set them up as missiles towards the devils; and We have prepared for them the punishment of the Blaze.
And for those who disbelieved in their Lord is the punishment of Hell, and wretched is the destination.
If they were cast in it, they heard thereto an inhaling while it boils up.
It would almost bursts with rage. Every time a group is cast in it, its keepers ask them, "Did there not come to you a warner?"
They said, "No but is there! Certainly a warner came to us, but we belied and said, `Allah has sent down nothing. Left is nothing, You [own-self, followers] are in except in grand astray.'"
And they said, "If we had been listening or reasoning, we would not be in the companions of the Blaze."
So they acknowledged about their misdeeds, so away to the companions of the Blaze.
Indeed, those who fear their Lord in the unseen, for them is forgiveness and a great reward.
And conceal your speech or announce it; indeed, He is Knowing about possessions of the breasts.
Will He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Aware?
He is the one who made the earth tame for you, so walk in its roads and eat from His livelihood. And to Him is the spreading out [Qur'an 54:7].
Have you secured He who through the heaven [i.e., space] would not cause the earth to sink down with you; so actually it will oscillate [in the gravity turbulence]?
Or have you secured, He who through the heaven [i.e., space] would not unleash against you a storm of stones [by gravitational push]? Then you would know how My warning was.
And those before them had already belied. So how it was [how], My disapproval.
Do they not consider the birds above them, spreading their wings and folding them? Not except the Beneficent holds them up. Indeed He is, about everything, a Seer.
Is this who, the one, he to be a soldier for you to help you rather than the Most Merciful? Left is nothing, the infidels are in except in delusion.
Is this who, the one to be providing you, if He withheld His livelihood? No but is there! They are persisting in defiance and aversion.
So is he who walks tossed on his face better guided, or he who walks upright on a straight path?
Say, "He is the one who produced you and made for you the hearing and the eyes and the hearts. Little is what, you give thanks."
Say, "He is the one who created you in the earth, and to Him you will be gathered."
And they said, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful?"
Say, "The knowledge is only with Allah, and I am only an obvious warner."
So when they saw it approaching, the faces of those who disbelieved will be evil, and it will be said, "This is [the promise fulfilled], which you were calling about."
Say [O Muhammad], "Have you considered? If Allah destroyed me and whoever is with me or He has mercy upon us, so who can protect the infidels from a painful punishment?"
Say, "He is the Most Merciful; we have believed in Him, and upon Him we have relied. And soon you will know who is in obvious astray."
Say, "Have you considered? If your water was to become sunken [into the earth] in some morning, then who could bring you with flowing water?"
