Haa [Network sciences], Meem [Natural sciences].
Ayn [Compressed], Seen [Abrogated scriptures], Qaf [Tactful].
Thus He reveals to you, [O Muhammad], and to those before you - Allah, the Invincible, the Irrefutable.
To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, and He is the All-High, the Supreme.
Cleaving asunder of the heavens is near completion from above them [their earth, Qur'an 21:30, Qur'an 51:47], and the angels are glorifying with their Lord's appraisals and asking forgiveness for whoever is in the earth [Qur'an 40:7]. Verily, Allah is indeed the Forgiving, the Merciful.
And those who chose allies other than Him, Allah is a constant preserver over their choices. And you [O Muhammad], are not over their choices a trustee.
And thus We have revealed to you an Arabic Qur'an that you may warn the Mother of Cities [civilizations, Makkah] and those [other civilizations] around it and warn of the Day of Gathering there is no doubt therein. A party is in the Paradise and a party is in the Blaze.
And if Allah willed, He would have set them up as one community, but He admits whom He wills into His mercy. And the oppressors, there is for them no protector nor a supporter.
[Are they fooled, Qur'an 2:130] or did they choose other than Him, allies? So Allah - it is He who is the Ally, and it is He who gives life to the dead, and He is over everything competent.
And you [O fooled ones] could differ nothing concerning it [Qur'an]. So its irrefutable, indisputable data points to Allah. [Say, O Muhammad], "That is Allah, my Lord; upon Him I have relied, and to Him I turn back."
Originator of the heavens and the earth. He has made for you from yourselves, mates, and from the livestock, mates; He multiplies you therein. Like His likeness there is nothing, and He is the Hearing, the Seer.
To Him belongs the keys [of the treasures] of the heavens and the earth. He extends livelihood for whomever He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is All-Knowing about every thing.
He initialized for you [O believers] cleaning up parameters of the religion with what He trained Noah and that We have revealed to you [parameters like Qur'an 42:1- Qur'an 42:2], and with what We trained Abraham and Moses and Jesus in order that you establish the religion and not be divided therein. Difficult upon the polytheist is what you [O Muhammad] call them to it [unifying through drop out layers over their preferred all inclusive add layers]. Allah chooses for Himself whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back [to Him].
And [people of the Book, on the other hand] did not become divided until after what came to them - the [so called] knowledge out of jealous animosity between themselves [Qur'an 3:19, Qur'an 41:45]. And if not for a word that preceded from your Lord till a stated term [Qur'an 53:38, Qur'an 6:164], it would have been concluded between them. And indeed, those who were granted inheritance of the Book after them are, from it [Qur'an 42:10], in disquieting doubt.
So for addressing that [disquieting doubt, Qur'an 42:10, O Muhammad], invite them all and establish your authority as you are commanded [Qur'an 5:48-50] and do not follow their desires and [in overwhelming situation, instead] say, "I have believed in what Allah has sent down from a Book [authority of Muhammad (saw)], and I am commanded to do justice between you. Allah is our Lord and your Lord. For us are our works, and for you your works. There is no wrangle between us and between you. Allah will gather between us, and to Him is the destiny. "
And those who argue concerning Allah after whatever response had been made thereto [in Qur'an 42:10] - their argument is invalid with their Lord, and upon them is [His] wrath, and there is for them a severe torment.
Allah is the one who has sent down the Book in the truth [Qur'an] and the balance. And what will make you [O reader] perceive that perhaps the Hour is coming close.
Those who do not believe in it seek to hasten in it, and those who believed are fearful of it and know that it is the truth. Unquestionably, those who doubt concerning the Hour are in far astray.
Allah is Subtle with His slaves; He gives livelihood to whom He wills. And He is the Powerful, the Almighty.
Whoever is wanting the harvest of the Hereafter - We increase for him in his harvest. And whoever is wanting the harvest of this world - We give him thereof, but there would be not for him in the Hereafter any share.
Or for them are partners who have initialized for them legalizing parameters of the religion in what Allah never give permission [to legalize]? And if not for the decisive word [Qur'an 53:38, Qur'an 6:164], it would have been concluded between them. And indeed, the oppressors, there is for them a painful torment.
You will see the oppressors fearful of what they have earned, and it will be a fact with them. And those who believed and worked the righteous deeds will be in the meadows of Paradise, for them is whatever they are wishing with their Lord. That is the great bounty.
That is in which Allah gives glad tidings to His slaves who believed and worked righteous deeds. Say, [O Muhammad], "I do not ask you a payment over it except affection within relatives." And whoever commits a good deed - We will increase for him good therein. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving, Appreciative.
Or do they say, "He has invented against Allah a lie"? But if Allah willed, He could seal upon your heart [O Muhammad]. And Allah erases the falsehood and makes the truth true by His words. Indeed, He is Knowing about that which is in the breasts.
And He is the one who accepts the repentance from his slaves and pardons from the misdeeds, and He knows what you do.
And He answers those who believed and worked the righteous deeds and He increases them from His bounty. And the infidels, there will be for them a severe punishment.
And if Allah were to extend livelihood for His slaves, surely they would rebel in the earth. But He sends [it] down by a measure what He wills. Indeed He is about His slaves All-Aware, All-Seer.
And He is the one who sends down the rain after in that [measure] which they lost their hope and spreads His mercy. And He is the Protector, the Praiseworthy.
And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and what He has dispersed in them of living creatures. And He is upon assembling them when He wills fully competent.
And whatever strikes you of calamity [O men] - it is so about what your hands earned; but He pardons on a lot.
And you [O fooled ones, Qur'an 42:10] cannot thwart [Allah] in the earth. And for you other than Allah there is no ally nor helper.
And of His signs are the sailing ships in the sea, like the mountains.
If He wills, He can stop the wind, and they would remain stagnant on sea surface. Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and thankful.
Or He could destroy them with what they earned; but He pardons on a lot.
And those who argue concerning Our verses may know that for them there is no place of escape.
So you are given nothing but fleeting enjoyment of the worldly life. And what is with Allah is better and more lasting for those who believed and upon their Lord rely
And those who avoid the major sins and shameful deeds, and if whatever they become angry at, they forgive,
And those who responded to their Lord and established the prayers and their affair is [determined by] consultation between them, and for what We have provided them, they spend [Halal way].
And those who, when tyranny inflicted them, they defend themselves,
And a penalty for an evil act is an evil like it, but whoever pardoned and reconciled, his reward is upon Allah. Indeed, He does not love oppressors.
And whoever defends himself after having been oppressed - so those against them there is no way [to blame].
The way [of blame] is only against those who oppress the people and rebel in the earth without being true [to themselves]. Those for them is a painful torment.
And whoever is patient and forgiving - indeed, that is of the affairs [requiring] determination.
And whoever Allah astrays - for him there would be no protector thereafter. And you [O Muhammad] see the oppressors, when they see the punishment, saying, "Is there for return [to the former world] any way?"
And you will see them presented upon it [the Fire], humbled from the humiliation, looking from a stealthy glance. And those who had believed said, "Indeed, the losers are those who lost themselves and their families on the Day of Resurrection. Verily, the oppressors are in a lasting punishment."
And there would be no protectors for them to help them other than Allah. And whoever Allah astrays, so for him there is no way.
[Say], "Respond to your Lord before that [call of return, Qur'an 42:44] comes in a day, no return would be thereto from Allah". On that day there will be no refuge for you and for you they will be no denial.
So if they turned away, So We did not send you, [O Muhammad], over them as a constant preserver. Left is nothing [after Qur'an 42:6] upon you except the notification. And indeed, when We let man taste mercy from us, he rejoiced in it; but if evil afflicts them with what their hands have put forth, then indeed, human is ungrateful.
To Allah belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth. He creates what he wishes. He grants female [child] to whomever He wills, and He grants to whomever He wills the males [child].
Or He couples them, males and females, and He makes whomever He wills barren. Indeed, He is Knowing, Competent.
And it is not for a humankind that Allah should speak to him except by revelation or from behind a veil or He sends a messenger [angel Gabriel] so as to reveal by His permission whatever He wills. Indeed, He is Most High and Wise.
And thus We have revealed to you [O Muhammad] a spirit from Our command. You did not know what is the Book or [what] the faith is, but We made it a light, We guide with it whomever We will of Our slaves. And indeed, [O Muhammad], you are guiding [mankind] to a straight path -
The path of Allah, to whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. Unquestionably, to Allah reaches all the affairs.
