Alif [Common sense], Lam [Self references], Ra [Hadith references]. A Book whose verses were established, then were manifested out of the welcoming, wisdom, awakening [verses: Alif, Ra, Lam].
[Revealed to a prophet Qur'an 4:113 warning] that: "Do not worship except Allah. Indeed, I [Muhammad] am to you from Him a warner and a bringer of good tidings,"
And that: "Seek forgiveness of your Lord then turn to Him in repentance. He lets you enjoy a good enjoyment for a stated term [Qur'an 11:7] and gives every owner of a bounty his bounty. And if you turn away, then indeed, I fear upon you the punishment of a great Day.
To Allah is your return, and He is over every thing competent."
Verily, they fold up their breasts to hide [their Alif, Qur'an 12:1] from Him. Verily when they cover themselves in their clothing, Allah knows what they hide and what they declare. Indeed, He is all-Knowing about what is in the breasts.
And there is no living creature in the earth but that upon Allah is its provision, and He knows its place of dwelling and place of storage. Everything is in an obvious book.
And He is the one who created the heavens and the earth in six days - and His Throne was on the waters [dark water, throne field] - that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed. And if you [O Muhammad] said, "Indeed, you all will be resurrected after the death," those who disbelieved would say, "This is left to be nothing except an obvious magic."
And if We delayed on them the punishment to a numbered nation, they will most surely say, "What detains it?" Verily, on a Day when it comes to them, it will not be averted from them, and it chained in them, what they were about it ridiculing.
And if We make man taste mercy from Us and then withdrew it from him, indeed, he becomes despairing, disbelieving.
But if We make him taste favour after hardship has touched him, he will most surely say, "The evils have departed from me." Indeed, he becomes jubilant, boastful.
Except for those who are patient and worked righteousness; those for them is, forgiveness and a great reward.
So would you [O Muhammad] possibly leave out some of what is revealed to you, or is your breast constrained by it that they are saying, "If only was there sent down upon him a treasure or come with him an angel?" You are not but a warner. And Allah is over every thing a Guardian.
Or do they say, "He invented it"? Say, "Then bring ten surahs like it that have been invented and call [for assistance] whomever you can other than Allah, if you should be truthful."
And if they [whomever, whatever they seek assistance other than Qur'an] do not respond to you [people], then know that it [the Qur'an] was sent down with the knowledge of Allah and that there is no god except Him. So would you be Muslims [then]?
Whoever was desiring the life of the world and its adornment, We will repay to them in full for their deeds therein, and they therein will not be deprived.
Those are who for them, there will be not in the Hereafter except the Fire. And lost is what they invented therein [Qur'an 11:13], and worthless is what they were working.
Can he then [A**s S******h, or his step forefathers], who was against a proof from his Lord [the challenge, Qur'an 11:13] while follows Qur'an [violating the condition in Qur'anQur'an 11:14 to invent] a witness from him [Furqan, pseudo-matthew, infancy gossip, in 20th, 8th, and 13th century] and before him [Jews P**l, M******w, M**k, L**e, J**n did the same] from the Book of Moses [fabricating new testament gossip] - ever be a leader and a mercy for those who believe in him [any of these cognitive warriors]? And whoever rejects, covers up concerning its [implied answer - Never] from the sects then Fire would be his meeting place. So [O Muhammad] do not doubt about it. Truly, Qur'an is the Truth from your Lord [Qur'an 26:192-196] but not most of mankind believes so.
And who was more oppressor than he who invents against Allah a lie? Those will be presented upon their Lord, and the witnesses will say, "These are the ones who lied against their Lord." Verily, the curse of Allah is upon the oppressors.
Those who hinder [people] from the way of Allah and seek to make it crooked while they in the Hereafter they were infidels.
They will not become a total failure in the earth [so most of the people take them as leaders, Qur'an 11:17] but there would not be for them other than Allah any protectors. The punishment will be doubled for them [as] they were not willfully hearing and they were not seeing [their step forefathers obvious inventions].
Those are the ones who lost themselves, and strayed from them, what they were inventing.
No doubt that they will be in the Hereafter as the greatest losers.
Indeed, those who believed and worked righteous deeds and were humbled to their Lord, those will be the companions of Paradise; they will abide therein for ever.
The example of the two parties is like the blind and deaf, and the seeing and hearing. Are they equal in comparison? Then, will you not remember?
And indeed We already sent Noah to his people, [saying that]: "Indeed, I am to you an obvious warner."
[Saying] that: "Do not worship except Allah. Indeed, I fear the punishment of a painful day upon you."
So the chief leaders those who disbelieved from his people said, "We do not see you except a humankind like us, and we do not see you followed except by those who are the lowest of us, immature in opinion. And we see for your [own-self and followers] over us no value. No but is there. We consider your [own-self and followers] as liars."
He said, "O my people have you considered: if I was upon a proof from my Lord and He has granted me mercy from Himself but it has been made obscured upon you, should we force it to you while you are averse to it?"
And, "O my people, I do not ask you over it any possession or wealth. My payment to be left upon none except upon Allah. And I am not one to drive away those who have believed. Indeed, they will meet their Lord. But I consider you a people who keep ignoring."
And, "O my people, who would win me, from Allah if I drove them [the believers] away? Will then not you give a thought?"
And, "[O my people], I do not say you that with me are the treasures of Allah or that I know the unseen, nor do I say that I am an angel, nor do I say to those whom, your eyes look down that Allah will not grant them any good. Allah knows best about what is in their souls. Then [in a such case] indeed, I would be of the oppressors."
They said, "O Noah, you have disputed us and increased wrangling with us. So bring to us in what you threaten us, if you should be the truthful."
[Noah] said, "Only Allah will bring you by it if He wills, and you cannot make that powerless.
And my advice will not benefit you, if I wish to advise you, if it was Allah's will to leave you astray. He is your Lord, and to Him you will be returned."
Or do they say [about prophet Muhammad], "He invented it"? Say, "If I have invented it, then upon me be my crime; but I am innocent of whatever you commit."
And it was revealed to Noah that, "No one will believe from your people except those who had already believed, so do not despair about what they were doing.
And build the ship, with Our eyes and Our revelation, and do not address Me concerning those who oppressed; indeed, they are [to be] drowned."
And he was building the ship, and every time chief leaders of his people passed on him, they made fun of him. He said, "If you made fun of us, then we can make fun of you just as you are making fun.
So soon you will know who will bring to himself a punishment that will disgrace him [on earth] and will cause to descend upon himself a lasting punishment [in the Hereafter]."
Until, when Our command came and oven burst up [creating tsunami, Qur'an 54:12], We said, "Load in it everyone of a pair [the seeing and hearing] of two pairs [the blind and deaf, and the seeing and hearing, Qur'an 11:24 among the unbelievers] and your family; excepting [the blind and deaf pair, Qur'an 7:64] whom the saying has preceded there against; and whoever has believed." But there not believed with him, except a little.
And [Noah] said, "Embark therein; in the name of Allah be its running course and its anchoring. Indeed, my Lord is Forgiver, Merciful."
And it starts running with them in waves like the mountains. And Noah called to his son while he was in apart, "O my son, embark with us and be not with the infidels."
[His son] said, "I will betake myself to a mountain, it shall safeguard me from the water." [Noah] said, "There is no safeguard today from the command of Allah, except on whom He has mercy." And the waves came between them, so he was of the drowned.
And it was said, "O earth, swallow your water, and O heaven, leave off [your gravitational pull]." And the water subsided, and the matter was decreed, and the ship settled upon the [mountain of] Judiyy. And it was said, "Away for the oppressing people."
And Noah called to his Lord and said, "My Lord, indeed my son is from my family; and Your promise is certainly the truth; and You are only Establisher of all the Establishments."
[Allah] said, "O Noah, indeed he is not of your family; indeed it was not a righteous deed. So do not ask Me wherein belong to you is no knowledge. Indeed, I advise you, lest you be of the ignorant."
[Noah] said, "My Lord, I seek refuge in You that I should ask You that which I have no knowledge therein. And unless You forgive me and have mercy upon me, I will be of the losers."
It was said, "O Noah, go down in peace from Us and blessings upon you and upon people from those [the seeing and hearing, Qur'an 11:40 who submit] with you. But other people [of the seeing and hearing, Qur'an 11:40, who didn't except a little] We will grant enjoyment; then there will touch them from Us a painful punishment."
That is from the news of the unseen which We reveal to you, [O Muhammad]. Not were you - you nor your people - to know them before this. So be patient; indeed, the end is for those who fear [Allah].
And to [the people of] Aad, their brother [messenger] Hud said, "O my people, worship Allah; you have no god other than Him [in person, in divinity to worship]. You are left in nothing except fabrications [of dead people].
O my people, I do not ask you for it any reward. My payment to be left upon none except upon the one who created me. Then will you not reason?
And O my people, ask forgiveness from your Lord, then turn towards Him in repentance. He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in abundance and He will add you strength to your strength. And do not turn away as criminals."
They said, "O Hud, you have not brought us proof, and we are not about leaving our gods on your saying and we are not about believing for you.
Left is nothing that We can say except that some of our gods have stricken you with evil." He said, "Indeed, I call Allah to witness, and witness you, that I am innocent from what you associate.
[Then ask for strike] from [your gods] other than Him [Allah], then plot against me all together [you and your faked gods]; then do not give me respite.
Indeed, I have put my trust upon Allah, my Lord and your Lord. There is not a living creature except He holds it by its forelock. Indeed, my Lord is on a straight path.
So if you turned away, so I have already conveyed what I was sent to you therewith. My Lord will give succession to a people other than you, and you are not harming Him of anything. Indeed my Lord is, over everything, a Guardian."
And when Our command came, We saved Hud and those who believed with him with mercy from Us; and We saved them from a hard punishment.
And such was [the people of] Aad. They denied the signs of their Lord and disobeyed His messengers and followed the command of every stubborn tyrant.
And they were followed in this world with a curse and on the Day of Resurrection. Verily, indeed, [the people of] Aad disbelieved their Lord. So away for Aad, the people of Hud.
And to the people of Thamud, their brother [messenger] Salih said, "O my people, worship Allah; you have no god other than Him [in person, in divinity to worship]. He has produced your [habitat, provision] from the earth and settled you in it. So ask forgiveness of Him and then turn to Him in repentance. Indeed, my Lord is Welcoming, Responsive."
They said, "O Salih, you were in us as a man of hope before this. Do you prohibit us to worship what our fathers worshiped? And indeed we are highly in doubt, for what you are calling us thereto, suspiciously."
He said, "O my people, have you considered: if I was on a proof from my Lord and He has granted me from Him a mercy, then who would win me from Allah, if I disobeyed Him? So you would not increase me other than in loss.
And O my people, this is the she-camel of Allah. [She] is a sign to you [outside humankind a kind to confirm Salih, Qur'an 54:24-30]; so leave her to eat in Allah's earth and do not touch her with harm, then a swift punishment overtakes you."
So [as the watered ones confirmed Salih] they hamstrung the she-camel, then he said, "Enjoy yourselves in your misfortune for three days. That is a promise not to be belied."
So when Our command came, We saved Salih and those who believed with him, by a mercy from Us, and [saved them] from the disgrace of that day. Truly your Lord is the Powerful, the Almighty.
And the loud cry seized those who oppressed, so that the morning found them prostrate in their dwellings
As if they never prospered therein. Verily, [the people of] Thamud denied their Lord; so away for Thamud.
And certainly did Our messengers come to Abraham with glad tidings. They said, "Peace." He said, "Peace," and he did not delay to bring [for them] a roasted calf.
So when he saw their hands not reaching towards it, he mistrusted them and felt a fear from them. They said, "Do not fear. Indeed, we have been sent to the people of Lot."
And his wife was established [in her monthly cycle] so she smiled. Then We gave her good tidings of Isaac and after Isaac, Jacob.
She said, "Oh, Woe to me! Shall I give birth while I am an old woman and this, my husband, is an old man? Indeed, this is an odd thing!"
They [being offended] said, "Are you surprised out of the decree of Allah? May the mercy of Allah and His blessings be upon you, people of the house. Indeed, He is Praiseworthy and Honourable."
And when the fear [Qur'an 11:70] had gone away form Abraham and the glad tidings had reached him, he wrangled with Us concerning the people of Lot.
Indeed, Abraham was truly forbearing, compassionate, repentant.
[The angels said], "O Abraham, turn away from this [wrangling]. Indeed, the command of your Lord had come, and indeed, they [themselves] are bringing to them a punishment that cannot be repelled."
And when Our messengers [the angels], came to Lot, he was worried about them and felt uneasy about them and said, "This is a terrible day."
And his people came rushing to him but some before were working evil deeds. He said, "O my people, these are my daughters; they are purer for you. So fear Allah and do not disgrace me concerning my guests. Is there not from you a a single right-minded man?"
They said, "You already know that we have concerning your daughters no right, and indeed, you surely know what we want."
He said, "If only I had about your [equivalent] power or could I take refuge toward a strong support."
[The angels] said, "O Lot, indeed we are messengers of your Lord. They will not reach you. So walk with your family in a portion of the night and let not look back from your [family, fellows] anyone except your woman. Indeed, what strikes them will strike her. Indeed, their appointed time is the morning. Is not the morning coming shortly?"
So when Our command came, We made its [the land] uppermost as its lower most and rained upon them brimstones of baked clay, layer upon layer, [to level the land]
Marked with your Lord. And it [such punishment] is not from the oppressors far.
And to the people of Madyan, their brother [messenger] Shu'ayb said, "O my people, worship Allah; You have no god other than Him [in person, in divinity to worship]. And do not decrease from the measure and the scale. Indeed, I see you in prosperity, but indeed, I fear upon you the penalty of an all-encompassing day."
And, "O my people, give full measure and weight in justice and do not defraud people of their things and do not commit wickedness in the earth, spreading [financial] corruption.
What remains with Allah is best for you, if you are believers. And I am not a keeper over you."
They said, "O Shu'ayb, does your prayer command you that we should forsake what our fathers worshiped or that we should do with our wealth what we like [now to help you]? Indeed, you are really the forbearing [with economic hardship], normal person."
He said, "O my people, have you considered [your remarks, Qur'an 11:87]? If I was upon a proof from my Lord and He has provided me with a good livelihood from Himself? And I do not wish to differ from you to what I have forbidden you therefrom. Left is nothing there I wish, except the reform whatever extent I am able to. And my success is not but through Allah. Upon Him I put my trust and to Him I always turn."
And, "O my people, let not the schism with me cause you to sin so that there befall you similar to that which befell the people of Noah or the people of Hud or the people of Salih. And the people of Lot are not from you far away.
And ask forgiveness of your Lord and then repent to Him. Indeed, my Lord is Merciful, Loving."
They said, "O Shu'ayb, we do not understand much of what you say, and indeed, we obviously see, you are weak [in wealth] within us. And if not for your family, we would have stoned you; and you are not against us mighty."
He said, "O my people, is my family mightier upon you than Allah? And have you cast Him back behind you? Indeed, my Lord is encompassing about what you are working."
And, "O my people, work upon your ranks [hands]; indeed, I am working. Soon you will know who [by his own hands] brings a punishment which will disgrace him and who is a liar. So watch; indeed, I am a watcher with you."
And when Our command came, We saved Shu'ayb and those who believed with him with a mercy from Us. And the loud cry seized those who oppressed, so the morning found them prostrate in their dwellings
As if they never prospered therein. So away for Madyan as it was away with Thamud.
And indeed We already sent Moses with Our signs and an obvious authority
To Pharaoh and his chief leaders, so [chief leaders] followed the command of Pharaoh, and the command of Pharaoh was not rightly guided.
He will precede his people on the Day of Resurrection and lead them into the Fire [like cattle are lead to water]; and wretched is the place to which they are led.
And they were followed in this [life] with a curse and on the Day of Resurrection. And wretched is the gift which would be given.
That is from the news of the towns, which We relate to you [O Muhammad]; of them, some are established [here] and some others are taken out [erased from history].
And We did not oppress them, but they oppressed themselves. So there availed on them, their gods which they invoked other than Allah, nothing when there came the command of your Lord. And they did not increase themselves other than in ruin.
And thus would be the seizure of your Lord if He seizes the towns while they are doing oppression. Indeed, His seizure is painful, severe.
Indeed in that is a sign for whoever fears the punishment of the Hereafter. That is a Day to which mankind will be gathered thereto, and that is a Day of witness.
And We will not delay it except for a numbered term.
A Day when it arrives, no soul will speak except by His permission. And from them some being wretched and some being blessed.
As for those who [on that day] were wretched then they would be in the Fire. For them therein is sighs and sobs,
Abiding therein as long as the heavens and the earth [the new ones, Qur'an 14:48] endure, except what your Lord should will. Indeed, your Lord is Doer for what He intends.
And as for those who were blessed, then in Paradise, they will be abiding therein as long as the heavens and the earth [the new ones, Qur'an 14:48] endure, except what your Lord should will, a bestowal uninterrupted.
So [O Muhammad] do not be in doubt as for what these [polytheists] are worshiping; whatever they are worshiping was not, except liking their fathers are worshiping before. And indeed, We will pay them in full, their share [of punishment] undiminished.
And indeed, We already gave Moses the Book, then variance was [created] in it. And if not for a term [Qur'an 53:38, Qur'an 6:164] that preceded from your Lord, it would have been judged between them [the witnesses and the ancient zealots, Qur'an 5:44]. And indeed they are in doubt of it [the Qur'an], suspiciously.
And indeed, each [of the believers and infidels] at the end, your Lord will repay them in full their works. Indeed, He is Aware about what they are working.
So establish [calmness, patience, Qur'an 11:115] as you [O Muhammad] are commanded and those who have turned back [to Allah] with you and do not rebel. Indeed, He is watching by what you are working.
And do not incline toward those who oppressed, lest the fire touches you [O Believers], and there is for you other than Allah no protectors; then you would not be helped.
And establish the prayer [O Muhammad] at the two ends of the day and at the approach of the night. Indeed, good deeds remove the evil deeds. That is a reminder for all those who remember [i.e., believers].
And be patient [O Muhammad], for indeed, Allah does not let go waste the reward of the good doers.
So if only were there of the generations before you [O believers] owner of a remnant forbidding corruption on the earth, except a few of those [whom] We saved of them? But those who oppressed pursued what luxury they were given therein, and they were criminals.
And your Lord would not destroy the towns in oppression, while their people were reformers.
And if your Lord had willed, He would have made mankind one community; but they will not stop differing.
Except whoever your Lord has bestowed His mercy, and for that He created them. But the word of your Lord is to be fulfilled that, "I will surely fill Hell with the jinns and the humans all together."
And all that We relate to you from the news of the messengers with that We make firm your heart [O Muhammad] thereby. And there has come to you, in this, the truth and an admonition and a reminder for the believers.
And say to those who do not believe, "Work on your position; indeed, we are working.
And wait and indeed, We are waiting."
And to Allah belong the unseen of the heavens and the earth and to Him will be returned the matter, all of it, so worship Him and rely upon Him. And your Lord is not unaware of what you [people] are working.
